Summer Employment

A summer job with Montlure will be a memory of a lifetime. Our team strives to be an authentic community built on trust, openness, and Christ-centeredness, while passionately sharing the love of God with all campers and volunteers. Staff must have a loving attitude and be a positive role model for each camper; one to whom a camper can look to for friendship, a listening ear, support, encouragement, understanding, and care. Staff members help plan and adapt activities and create an atmosphere for campers to know Jesus Christ as they grow spiritually, physically, emotionally, and socially together.

The safety of our campers is vital to our program. All potential summer staff candidates will be screened and interviewed in order to select exceptional and qualified Christian young adults to lead and assist through various roles. Not all who apply will be hired. Once selected, all paid staff must submit to national and local background checks, and hold CPR/First Aid certifications as well as an AZ Food Handlers license prior to camp. Program Staff must also complete online training modules, and attend a mandatory multi-day staff training just before camp begins.
