Camp Fees
We understand there are varying activities that families fund for their children throughout the year. We strive to keep our camp fees as low as possible without sacrificing the integrity and quality of our program for a week of camp. We offer flexible pricing for families to be able to choose what amount works for their family. More details are outlined below.

Flexible Pricing Options
Realizing families have different abilities to cover the costs of camp, Montlure Camp has three different registration fee options presented on a voluntary tiered basis.
This program is only made possible by individuals, supporting churches and groups, and de Cristo and Grand Canyon Presbyteries who donate to Montlure in order to have the funds required to subsidize the camps costs. Knowing that the true cost to run Montlure Camp is closer to the amount listed in Tier C, we encourage you to select the highest Tier you are able to.
All campers receive the same camp experience no matter what tier is selected. This flexible pricing is just a way to make camp more accessible to more families!
[For families that have difficulty affording the discounted registration fee of Tier A, additional financial assistance may be available to ensure all campers are able to attend camp. Please see our Scholarship page for more information.]

Tier A
Our lowest flexible price option is a heavily subsidized rate and it does not reflect the true cost of operating summer camp programs. It goes toward the minimal and baseline costs of lodging, meals, transportation, proportional staff salaries, supplies and materials, etc.
Tier B
The second flexible pricing option is a partially subsidized rate that still does not reflect true costs of total camp operations, but is closer to covering the cost of one week of camp for one camper.
Tier C
Most closely represents the actual cost of camp to fully cover all Montlure programming and operative needs; both the one-week camp logistics as well as operational costs such as insurance/liability, curriculum, merchandise, administrative costs, staff salaries, software, etc.
