  • Overnight Assistant Camp Director - The Overnight Assistant Camp Director program works closely and cooperatively with the Camp Director and all summer staff (volunteer and full time) to create a well balanced and well led program for Montlure's Ministry. They are a supportive roll for all and must be ready to help in any situation, lead with wisdom and patience and continually be looking for ways to live out Montlure's mission through their own actions and all elements of our program. .   • Traveling Day Camp Counselor - The Montlure Traveling Day Camp Counselor plans, works, plays, worships, and grows with their campers as well as the church community they are serving alongside. They strive to build a Christ-centered community of trust, openness, and sharing. The Montlure Traveling Day Camp Counselor is a positive role model for each camper, one to whom the camper can look to for friendship, a listening ear, support, encouragement, understanding and care. The Montlure Traveling Day Camp Counselor serves alongside church members with a loving attitude, and a willingness to create an atmosphere and opportunities to know Jesus Christ as they grow spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially together.   • Volunteer Music and Worship Leader - Creating meaningful worship experiences at camp is a key element of nurturing a relationship with Christ. Montlure's music and worship leader is an essential volunteer that uses the gift of music to reinforce the daily scripture and theme. Learn More

  • Volunteer Counselors - Each camp will be staffed with volunteer counselors who will serve for just one week at camp. Our volunteers will provide each camp with energy, traditions to share, and excitement as they lead, sing, hike, pray, and learn with our campers. Learn More

  • Volunteer Chaplains - Our chaplains are the critical element that elevates our camp program to a wonderful experience for our campers as they come to know Christ and build their relationships with Him. The chaplains share their messages during worship, and are available throughout camp to meet with campers as requested. Learn More

  • Paid Head Counselor (Male and Female) - The Montlure Counselor plans, works, plays, worships, and grows with their campers as they strive to build a Christ-centered community of trust, openness, and sharing.
